Keeping with my recent "Steampunk" / "Retro-futuristic" theme
I decided to work a vintage comic book vibe around this piece.

Sent on a secret mission, our hero narrowly escapes a crash landing on the hostile planet of Venutian. Now not only must he complete his mission, but he must avoid the perils which inhabit the world, and also find a way back to his home planet...
Was the mission really worth it?
Will he survive the challenges ahead?
And most importantly....Why is he carrying so much crap?
